```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in home care, social work, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing the care of individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Ability to drive and transport individuals to appointments, activities, or outings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, patient, and able to provide emotional support to individuals in need
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Summary
The DSP (Direct Support Professional) position requires a compassionate individual with core skills in caregiving and premium skills in assisted living, ADLs, patient care, and working with people with developmental disabilities. Experience in areas like nursing home care, Alzheimer's care, and hospice care is beneficial. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tasks such as medication administration, care plans, and communication skills. Additionally, knowledge of residents' rights, home & community care, and HIPAA regulations is essential. This role involves providing direct support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
